NRaD's team of ocean survey systems engineers and scientists gives our customers a continuing commitment of support throughout a system's life:

Survey Performance Monitoring - reviews reports and data to detect incipient problems in equipment, software, procedures, or operator training.
Operational Failure Analysis - problems reported via ship's message can be simulated and studied in NRaD's System Integration Labs. Corrective actions can then be recommended by message, or engineering support can be readied for next in-port visit.
Documentation and Configuration Control - covers systems manuals, operating procedures, multimedia training, and preventive maintenance plans.
